HWA management teams play critical roles in planning, organising, leading, staffing and controlling.

The Academic Board is responsible for the development of all academic activities of the school. The Board formulates and reviews policies, guidelines and procedures in relation to academic matters and plays an active role in assuring the quality of teaching and research in the School.

The Examination Board oversees matters pertaining to examinations, assessment of course work, the integrity of the administration and conduct of examinations.

The Examination Board has the responsibility to develop examination and assessment procedures for the private education institution, including but not limited to –

the security of examination scripts and answer scripts;
the conduct of examinations and assessments;
the duties and responsibilities of invigilators and markers;
the moderation of examination and assessment marks; and
the handling of appeals from students with regard to examination or assessment matters
