Art Appreciation Week 2022

Art Appreciation Week at HWA

The much-awaited physical launch of the first ever “Where senses come alive” Art appreciation day showcases artworks, musical performances guided by the inquiry, “Why Art Matters”.

Our students were thrilled about the tactile experiences and were exploring music and art activity stations and performances. These experiences invited our students to participate and co-create with artist works and activity stations. They were encouraged to touch, move, and interact with artworks, hands-on participation and installations, fostering skills such as curiosity and critical thinking as they learn through observation. Each of them was given a handbook that incorporated the learning experience where our students indulge in thoughtful reflection and inquiry.

The Art Appreciation Week has met the objective:

TO EMPOWER CHILDREN TO LEARN THROUGH ART AND MUSIC WITH LAUNCH OF PHYSICAL EXHIBITION AND PERFORMANCES
